    On your next visit to a partner branch, insert your MyKad at the counter. We verify your identity there, and your pawn tickets appear in the app.

    See every loan, due date and payment at a glance. Renew or pay interest with FPX whenever you're ready — Wallett reminds you before each ticket matures.

Do I still need to visit a branch to pawn an item?

Yes. New items must be inspected and weighed in person. With Wallett you get an estimate and book a slot first, so your visit is short and there are no surprises.

Can I add a ticket I received at the counter?

Yes. Once your account is verified at the counter, your tickets from Wallett partner branches show up in the app, ready to renew or pay interest.

How do I verify my account?

Register in the app, then visit any Wallett partner branch and insert your MyKad at the counter. Our staff verify your identity there and your account is activated.

How do I pay interest?

Open your ticket, tap Pay interest and pay with FPX online banking. Your receipt is recorded against your ticket in the app.

Is there a fee for paying online?

The app is free to download. Each FPX payment made in the app incurs a transaction fee.

Can I redeem my item through the app?

In-app redemption is coming soon. Until then, you can redeem at your branch as usual, and we will let you know in the app as soon as it is available.
